Our number one Support Call is "I keep getting disconnected after sending or receiving email".
This happens when using Outlook Express as your email program. The problem is listed in our Support Center, the solution is:
1. Either from the desktop, or from the Start menu, open Outlook Express. You may be prompted to dial on. If you are, click Cancel. You may get a window displaying some errors. If you do, click on Hide to get rid of it.
2. From Outlook Express, click on the Tools menu. From this menu, click on Options.
3. In the Options window, click on the Connection tab. At the top, there is a section labeled Dial-up. The second line should read "Hang up after sending and receiving". Look for a check mark next to this. If there is a check mark here, click on it once to remove it.
4. Click on APPLY, Click on OK
5. Close Outlook Express.
If you are one that has this problem a lot please write this down.
