1. Spread peanut butter on the flat side of a cracker and place another cracker together with it to form a sandwich.
2. Place chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30-second increments until melted.
3. Using tongs, dip the cracker sandwiches in melted chocolate almond bark and place on waxed paper to cool and dry. Cracker sandwiches should be thoroughly coated.
