1 cup of Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 cup plain yogurt
2 cups buttermilk
6 – 8 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp parsley flakes
coarse ground black pepper
In a blender, briefly whirl all but ½ the bleu cheese.
Hand stir in the remaining cheese,
Pour / spoon into glass containers.
Refrigerate and enjoy with salad, hot wings, as a dip, be creative!
