Ingredients:
  • 4-Green Peppers (Cut in chunks)
  • 6-Large ripe tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 1-Large Onion (Chopped)
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Steps:
  • Saute Onion and Green Peppers in Oil, cooking slowly so they do not burn. When peppers are softened, add tomatoes and continue to cook, uncovered, so that the water can evaporate from the Tomatoes. Cook Slowly entire mixture for one hour, or until mixture thickens. Salt and Pepper to taste
