Pour 2 cups of water in bowl, add sugar and let cool. Add yeast (make sure the water has cooled as not to kill the yeast, should be warm enuf to put finger in and not burn).
Add 3 Cups flour, salt and stir untl smooth.
Add remaining flour. Turn on cloth and knead. Put into greased bowl and let rise until double in size. Turn out on greased cooky sheet with raised edge. Pat out on sheet and it is ready for sauce and your favorite topping and cheese.
