3 cloves finely minced garlic.
2 pork hocks.
2 quarts water.
1 Tbsp. sea salt.
1/4 tsp pepper.
Bring water to a boil.
Simmer hocks in water for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, adding water if needed.
Remove hocks, reserving the broth.
Debone the hocks and dice.
Place meat back into broth and simmer until reduced to 1 quart.
Add garlic, salt and pepper.
Place into glass pan and cool.
