Ingredients:
  • 3 - Cups Flour
  • 3 - TBLS Olive Oil
  • 3 - Eggs
  • 2 - Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 - Cup Cold water

  • Steps:
  • Sift Flour and Salt into large bowl
  • Make well in center of flour
  • Add in Eggs, Oil and Water
  • Work liquids into flour to make a stiff dough
  • Turn dough onto Large board.
  • Don't add additional flour, use cornstarch.
  • Knead 10 minutes until dough is smooth
  • Wrap dough in plastic or put a bowl over it
  • Let stand room temperature for at least one hour
  • Sprinkle corn starch on board, roll out dough thin
  • Cut and stuff with your favorite Ravioli filling.
