Ingredients:
  • Mix in Order following 3
  • 1 - Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 - Med Onion chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 - Clove Garlic Minced
  • ------------------------------
  • 1 - TBLS Olive Oil or browing
  • ---------------------------------
  • 1 - 10oz package frozen Spinach (chopped)
  • ---------------5-----------------
  • 1 - 16oz can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 - 8oz can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 - 6oz can Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 - Tsp Salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • ---------------------------------
  • 1 - 7oz Package Elbow Macoroni Cooked
  • 1 - Cup Shredded Sharp American Cheese
  • 1/2 - Cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 - Eggs (Well beaten)
  • 1/4 - Cup Olive Oil

  • Steps:
  • Brown 1st 3 Ingredients(Beef,Onion,Garlic) in the Olive oil
  • Cook Spinach according to the package directions, Drain and save liquid!
  • Add water to spinach to make 1 cup put aside.
  • Stir Spinach Liquid and next 5 indgredients after spinach into the meat mixture
  • Simmer 10 minutes
  • Combine Spinach with remaining Indgredients.
  • Spread onto 13x9x2 pan
  • Top with Meat Sauce.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  • Let Stand 10 Minutes before serving
