1.5 Cups cool water
1 Tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
1.5 Teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
4 Cups bread flour
1.5 Teaspoons yeast
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
4 Large cloves of garlic, sliced thin
1 Teaspoon fresh rosemary
1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/3 Cup pitted, sliced black olives
Using the first group of ingredients, create the bread dough in a bread machine using the dough setting.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, sprinkle with a little corn meal, stretch dough from machine to fit the baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
Brush the top of the dough with olive oil, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Evenly distribute sliced garlic, sprigs of rosemary, and black olive slices over the entire surface of the dough.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
After baking remove bread to a wire rack and allow to cool 10 minutes.
