Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chopped canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Habanero Sauce
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

  • Steps:
  • Combine pineapple, habanero sauce, onion, lime juice, salt in a blender and puree until smooth. Fold in cilantro. Let sit for an hour or so to meld the flavors.
  • Refrigerate any leftover sauce.
