10 oz package frozen chopped spinach
4 slices fat free cheese-I used Swiss and Cheddar
1-4 tsp horseradish from a jar
Cook spinach in just a small amount of water until tender but not mush.
Tear cheese slices into pieces and drop into cooked spinach.
Stir until melted.
Add horseradish a bit at a time to taste.
Let sit a couple of minutes to allow flavors to mingle.
