Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 2 1/2 lb ground pepperoni
  • 5 lb hamburger
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 large chopped onions
  • 2 large heads of shredded cabbage
  • 1 whole stalk chopped celery
  • 2 chopped green peppers
  • 2 chopped red peppers
  • 5 small chopped hot peppers
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp crushed red peppers
  • 4 16 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1 18 oz can tomato paste
  • 2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
  • Steps:
  • Cook all the meat till done in large canner or pot.
  • When meat is done add all shredded veggies, and tomato products.
  • Cook 1 to 2 hrs. until all the cabbage looks transparent.
  • Then can or freeze, whatever.
  • Delicious!
