Ingredients:
  • 3 cloves finely minced garlic.
  • 2 pork hocks.
  • 2 quarts water.
  • 1 Tbsp. sea salt.
  • 1/4 tsp pepper.
  • Steps:
  • Bring water to a boil.
  • Simmer hocks in water for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, adding water if needed.
  • Remove hocks, reserving the broth.
  • Debone the hocks and dice.
  • Place meat back into broth and simmer until reduced to 1 quart.
  • Add garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Place into glass pan and cool.
  • Refrigerate.
